Looks like you are doing pretty good rehabbing w your ankle! Now you are a sober man without a (really) messed up ankle! No stopping you now! How many days sober were you when you had to be taken off the trail>??

I don’t think I have ever walked as much as I have theses past 30 plus days but I love it! You have the best of place to walk. Love all the scenery you get.

My trail close to work isn’t as picturesque. Its in the middle of a neighborhood with some trees but mainly on the side of a busy street. I only do 1.5 miles since I do it during my lunch but I will share when I ht other trails.
