Glad you are off ketamine. I hope that you will soon feel not so miserable and will be able to embrace being free of the ketamine. Welcome to the forum and welcome to your new life. Hang in there and get the support that you need.
Hello, welcome! The early days are rough but it gets better fast. Take care of yourself, best wishes

Welcome and congratulations on your first day!!!
Nothing quite like those first few days; but youâll make it. Welcome!
Proud of you, friend, for coming right back. Humbled by your courage and honesty. Honoured by your presence here, all of ours.
Great hat!
Itâs always good to see you Brian. Glad youâre here. Hugs.
I think you can fit a smile on that beautiful face of yours. Keep coming back, I am going to as well.
All you can do is to keep sobering, setting the example, and encourage him when he gets a win, no matter how small. Positive reinforcement.
Oh, and keep smiling!
Happy you are here, Brian, back on track.
You are showing him a great example Katie, it is all we can do.
I love the blonde!!!
Thanks @Yoda-Stevie and @Its_me_Stella ! Appreciate the reminder to stay strong. Some days I blame myself. Wonder what Iâm doing wrong. Why is he so miserable in our beautiful life? Iâve considered starting over with him. Just have a glass of wine, and start at day 1. I know thatâs not the answer⌠but I would do anything for him. Iâve mentioned it to him and he said absolutely not.
I certainly hope you continue to March forward growing stronger in your sobriety. If someone is flailing in quicksand, which is more helpful? Jumping in with them, or stretching out your hand from solid ground?
You sure are! Beauty
How good to hear your husband is making changes! Youâre one patient lady⌠Also a super gorgeous and super sober one! Rock on, youâre doing fantastic!
