Hiiiiii my peeps!! Long time no see and Happy sober 4th!! Im nearly 1 year cigarette free 9 months weed free and almost 5 years alcohol free!! Ive been walking mon-thurs and have been back in the gym lifting weights with the hubby. Time to get this weight off that ive gained since quitting smoking!! Im FINALLY reaching my MAIN goal of being happy, healthy and ‘fit/skinny’ all at once.. its been a lonnng journey but so close! Hope you are all well and crushing your goals too!

Found a run club!! Sorta. They meet once a month. Today they had 4 miles for the 4th and guess who won a $25 gift card for being the most festival?!?! I exchanged info with the lady who sets up the run so hopefully I can meet up with them again. Also, my runner friend had a 10 miler today so we meet in the middle of the 4 I was doing and I helped her to the finish line. Anyone who has been around with me knows how hard I’ve struggled with making IRL friends since moving to a new state and becoming sober. It feels my heart with joy to know I am on the path to making friends
