Huh! I grew up going to Cumberland Farms, I had no idea that they have since expanded outside of New England. An unexpected reminder of home!

Yes! I actually found this hat a flea market that I happen to find on a random drive home from a customer’s house one day, I took a different way home and passed on flea market turned into a parking lot to turn around found the other one decided to go in and found this awesome Stetson hat for 50bucks

Tom thumb, Cumberland farms and a few other gas stations were bought out by a company called EG a few years ago. They decided to put all of the other gas stations under the Cumberland farms name. When I started working at Tom Thumb 5 years ago, they were starting to transition over to Cumberland farms, they just hadn’t rebranded the store yet. My store is one of the few Tom Thumb’s left. Nothing is going to change as far as customer rewards or pricing. We are getting some kind of restaurant and new beverage equipment so it’s definitely exciting. I also remember stopping at Cumby’s as a child. I’m originally from Northern NJ.

I just missed it, but yesterday was my 5-year Arizona-versary. I don’t know where the time has gone since I moved here. Feels like we’ve been in a time warp since covid.
Anyhow. Having hit 8 years last month, I am glad I can say I’ve never had a drink in Arizona.
Humble plant beginnings to….well, whatever it is I’m doing now. Bougie plant shit.
