Well if they’ve learned anything from you it’s not to let others be the standard they hold themselves to. So whatever happens down the line, you can be sure they’ll do what’s right for them.

I had a very minor crash last Saturday. After recovering this week, I tried the same route again. The battle against self doubt was much harder won than the effort to complete the ride. But with reliance on my conviction that everything is gonna be alright, I was able to overcome the self talk and to complete my first ride of the season.
