Go girl!!! this is awesome, I don’t know what it is about 90 days but it’s one of the good uns. Plus you get to be excited for the next ten days but we won’t go there yet, it’s always one day at a time.

Man I love seeing how sobriety is changing you right before our very eyes! You carry yourself differently, more confident, self-valuing, optimistic, and look like you’re living a fulfilling life and enjoying it. The joy is obvious and real. So cool to watch the transformation. Keep it up!

I found the secret to non-mushy eggplant parm is to slice, salt, let stand for an hour. Pat down and wipe with a damp towel to soak up the moisture the salt pulls out.

So tomorrow is my 90th day sober…I recently took up kayaking to stay healthy and stay sober…so today I used the money I saved from drinking the last 90 days and bought myself a new kayak and even built a rack to hold it…I couldve never done this a year ago…
