Frame this one!
I love your transformation photos.
My favorite change has been ME. I’ve changed. I’m practically the opposite of who I was as an active drinker. I was lazy, I was irresponsible with what little money I made, I was really sick and doing nothing about it, I was cold and distant from family and friends. I’m simply not that person anymore. I care about and keep up my appearance, I love myself more, I eat healthy, I work hard, I save money, I rise to the occasion during challenges, I am useful to friends and family. I’m starting to think about maybe going to college to pick up a new career. The skies the limit. I’ve changed and I never thought I could or would even try to. Thank you for asking!
I love this, thanks for sharing!
This reminds me of a little restaurant my wife and I are at on our honeymoon on the island of Kauai
Hey that is awesome! What made you decide to go gluten-free? I’ve tried and it’s tough when everyone is eating burritos and sandwiches
Yep it’s tough I started going glutenfree after I was at the dermatologist. For many years I had to use special ointments for my face. The last dermatologist I was at said that I have rosacea. I avoided sunlight like the plague lol, but over the years pimples, redness and pain came back. 2019 my face was inflamed and I had very painful pimples.
My new dermatologist said it’s worth a try to quit gluten. She was right. I stopped eating dairy and gluten and my skin get’s better every day. Also I have no high heartrate after eating any more.
How beautiful and amazing! I struggle with congested skin as well (i get tiny little bumps on my face) and since I’ve cut out gluten, I too have noticed a decrease in the bumps. Good job!
My wife came in and I said quick take a pic ! Daisy wasn’t having it. I didn’t even know the old dog Minnie was even behind me. Bless her heart.
