I am on day 37 and am reading This Naked Mind for the second time at the moment. Getting a lot more from it the second time around. Maybe I am more able to concentrate, I donāt know. Anyway, it has really struck a chord with me and is making me view drinking in a very different way. I want to send a copy to my heavy drinking friends.

One thing I learned with heavy drinking friends is donāt even bother saying anything. One youāll piss them off and push them away. And 2 nobody changes unless they want to. Just set good examples and pray they will see how awesome sobriety is. Always remember if you want to change the world, start with yourself

Yeah i get that, but when you try to meet woman your own age they think your still a kidā¦i know it seems like a good thing to some peoplebut when you live with it your whole life it has its drawbacks

I feel you, I might not look that young anymore
(I swear the latest 6 months has probably aged me about 10 extra years) but before that Iām pretty short too so have to show my ID even when buying painkillers or lottery tickets.
(Iām 36 you gotta be 18 for that here)
