Find a hill he said , run up the hill and walk down the hill he said, do it 10 times he said, great work out he said…Ok, it really was a great work out, but may have been cursing you under my breath at the 5th lap…But all 10 done! And a lovely sunrise as my reward. Started with a full moon and just a hint of dawn. 6am run, Day 55, I like this new me:-) @RyanSA

Thanks Dee. It’s getting a bit better every day. I hope to be able to walk my dogs Minnie and Benson today at the least.
That gray cat keeping me company is Maverick. Mavy.
The other gray, my namesake is Daisy.
And we got Beatrix “B” and Alice. All six are in the master bedroom when I’m laid up in the afternoon. It’s too hard to get a pic of all six. Ya I’ve tried.

My sister had a big fat fluffy gray named Charlie a long time ago.
You have a great day too.
Thanks.
:pray:t2::heart:

Lol thanks. Very blessed to have good, thick hair the just kind of stays like that on its own by this point. A quick run of the fingers through it in the morning, and off I go.

According to the news, my hair style is out of date. Apparently side parts are now “out”. But I like it and it suits me, so I can live with being flagged as a millennial from 100 miles away :joy: Plus I think unironic mustaches are actually coming back into style, so maybe it all offsets.

Enjoying the ride while it lasts because family history says it will turn white and/or fall out. White hair I’m cool with…it’s distinguished. I could go for that current-day Ted Danson look (below). But falling out? No thanks. I’m already starting to see more hair in the drain than I’m comfortable with :frowning:

The biggest difficulty right now is when I put lotion on my face. I want to moisturuze the skin under the mustache, but the lotion just gets stuck in the hair and then it dries into flakes that make me look like I have a bad case of mustache dandruff.

This facial hair stuff is a new game for me.

I had to look up the conversion out of curiosity: that’s just shy of 15 miles. That’s a heck of a run, and a great pace doing it. Well done!
