Thank you! I am already planning what’s next lol
Yah not too bad here, yourself?
I hope I can get back to running that pace someday (its right around what you’re doing, my pace I was doing before I got hurt), 7:20-7:30/mi (~4:40/km) I never ran that distance, but that isn’t my goal, I usually keep it to 5mi (~8km) just keep cardio endurance up to par. When I was playing football (proper football, not American) my greatest skill was my speed, I used to be able sprint and chase down anyone. Stupid injury
Now running has gotten slower and slower over a few years, I’m usually about 9:20/mi Good for some, put poor by my personal expectations. I’m just glad I can run without pain though, so I’ll take it. I don’t even want to think about what my sprint speed is like these days!
I meant I love it!!
HI Andre! Sooo much stonger! I love the intensity and the burn, I feel really good too. I now actually feel like increasing weights is something I can do. The 17# weight loss also helps:-)
Oh i know i know!
The side parts out?! Who knew?! I can’t keep up with the trends. and yes white hair is very distinguished. Fingers crossed for ya!
I love my side part😥 What the heck!
Haha right?!
Thanks Mike. Im pretty happy with it
Apparently it’s the truth! I saw it mentioned on the news a few times this week (the fact that my trend knowledge comes from the middle-aged anchors on my local news says a lot about how in touch I am!)
Apparently middle parts are back now. Another 90s trend/style coming back. Seems that sort of thing goes in cycles of ~30 years.
In the same report I found out that this emoji (one I use all the time) is also now a faux pas. You’re supposed to use (“I’m dead”) now.
Eh. I don’t invest too much in whats cool and what isnt. I’m in my 30s anyway, I’ve aged out of the age group setting trends.
I can’t find any pictures of what i covered up, but it was hideous lol. It was an ace and a Jack. I got it with a ex girlfriend my name being Anthony (ace) her name Jackie (Jack) it was something i should’ve covered years ago
Sorry, I read that totally wrong.
Haha I read it back and was like ooooh shoot!
Aaaaah, sorry to hear! What injury do you actually have? I can imagine that it sucks…
I also don’t ussually run such long track. My favourite is between 8-12miles. And my pace is the same like you had, approx. 7.20min/mile. My personal record is so far 6.90min/mile. But it was hard and I’ve never done it again haha
I love running. Can’t imagine I couldn’t do it anymore. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter how fast you’re but if you enjoy it you know. I like being outside and in nature
