I had an awesome Saturday. Going for 7km run myself and then taking my dear other half for another 5km.
We run to close park and rewarded ourselves with takeaway flatwite 
Walked home and didn’t resist to very tasty and freshly baked doughnuts in a local factory shop

Day 63 and about to experience my first boozy brunch. A gathering that needs to happen (Covid testing required prior to event) and support for a dear friend that I would never say no to. But throwing me out of my routine…Crosffit will be missed, and only a handful of these friends know I quit, bu they will be uber supportive, the concept is nothing new to them. I am thankful that its a Sunday, and that I haven’t had any strong cravings to date, and I have a new accountability to myself to continue this journey… so changing it up, going for a run before hand and bringing loads of sparkling water😂
And checking in before and after with ya’all😘

The new tat looks Awesome dude!!! Man, I am SO overdue on getting some new ink. I have 2 that I want to get as memorials for my Dad (he passed away at the age of 80 in 2015) and for my brother (he unexpectedly passed away when he was 43 in 2008), plus an entire Disney sleeve idea that’s going to take a lot of time and money once I get started on it to complete.
Anyway! You can not go wrong with either of those 2 choices of next tattoos in my opinion! If you plan on getting them both sooner or later, then I’d say go with the one that speaks to you a bit louder at the moment. Just my 2 cents!
