I am so lucky to have friends like I doā¦ the ones I didnāt realize would have my back no matter what. I canāt get over how lucky that makes me, I recognize that fully. We are a bit wild and totally inappropriate, as all good friend groups should be, and we throw KICK ASS dance parties. This weekend we did a NYE re do:-) Covid tested first of course:-). In a barn with laser lights and our friend who DJed. So I got to get all fancied up for 2 weekends in a row. Danced until I couldnāt move. Like literally, high heels are no joke.
But for the best part (selfish moment)ā¦ EVERY SINGLE person was proud of me for what I have accomplished over the past 72 days. I felt like a Queen. And right before the ball dropped and champaign was being poured, this group made sure my sparkling water glass was full and ready for toasting.
Here is a pre, getting ready, not a sweaty mess yet, selfie. Todayās wish is that everyone this week gets a moment to feel like I felt, even if just a moment. I will admit, its been pretty rocky in my personal life, I donāt share much about itā¦but it sucks. So moments like these, damn I need to to cherish them.

Well put! And Iām so proud of u for persevering. Im ecstatic that u found AA and more support. God steers the boat , but we HAVE TO do the rowing. This addition BS takes a toll on everyone around us, especially the ones that love us the most. Just practice patience. You have a program, they donāt. Your doing great. #1
