I find that losing 30 lbs cures a lot of what ails me. When I left the Marines, I was a solid 170. Over the years my weight has fluctuated from 180 to 230. The higher the number on the scale, the more problems I’ve had, mostly back issues, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. In times when I watch what I eat, exercise, and get closer to that 180, the problems resolve themselves.
I have been playing guitar for 20 YEARS this year. So this morning, I decided to take a photo with my guitar family.
Please don’t mind me but that photo is hawt! Nice collection.
Happy to see you Danni.
Just do it!
