It’s so hard. I do it almost every day. Which is why I was using. But trying to find better ways to make positive replacements for my negative behaviors 
but remember you can’t move forward if your always living in the past. Learn to cope with them instead of letting them over control your thoughts. Because we never get over them but we learn how to deal with it. It hurts but its who we are today

Yeah absolutely I know theres no way to change it. And honestly how bad the past was helps keep me sober it isnt a trigger for me, it’s a reminder of why I stopped.
