I dislike those “burning” muscle groups. The Abdominals/ Obliques, Forearms, and Calves for me. So the asshole workouts for me are situps, crunches, twists, planks, hanging knee raises…“now it sounds like I’m just complaining lol”…gripping exercises, calf raises, yeah. All these ones.

Burpees. If someone tells me they love Burpees, I would seriously consider seeing if I can choke them out.
That’s the kind I hate. A burpee without a push-up is a “bend & thrust”. A Burpee has a push up, and I hate Burpees with a passion. My Krav instructors have us do them all the time, and we have to do a “technical sprawl” to the ground, to simulate getting pushed from behind, do burpees until they tell us to stop.
I actually love lunges, but as a cyclist theyre pretty beneficial.
I cant stand almost anything with an exercise band.
I don’t think I do them correctly. They just feel super awkward!

I had an unbelievably long day at work today (still here). But, I’m feeling very appreciative for those that are in my life.
