Something I accomplished while drinking heavily

I ballooned up to 245 in August last year. I looked in the mirror and said hell nah… I didn’t quit drinking, but I did change to low carb drinking and the Keto diet. I lost 32 pounds in 4 months. After one week sober, I need to focus because my body is leaching sugar and I’m eating everything in sight. I’ve jumped up 9 pounds in a week. I need to get some exercise in. Luckily we are getting 8 yards of black mulch delivered today.

Congratulations on losing 32lbs in 4 months. I know what you’re dealing with as I have dealt with my weight a lot and I also have been craving lots of things :yum: anyways 8 yards of mulch should be a good workout and if you live anywhere near where I live I’m sure you will get a good sweat on. The high hear is 80 again today and humidity is wild :fire:

The sugar cravings definitely get easier. What someone said to me early on is just don’t worry about it, you’re already fighting a tough battle, deal with the sugar in a month or two
