Started a new exercise program this week

It’s been so helpful. I am an alcoholic and have been for years I am 225 days sober today and it’s amazing. I decided to start a better diet and shed some of this weight I gained when I quit drinking. It’s so helpful having this in my life now. Anyone else do anything similar?
