Starting a Sobriety Journal

So, this time around I thought I would have a sobriety journal. At the end of each day, write down a few things with regard to being sober. Track cravings, how much I thought about alcohol, how I coped with any anxiety or withdrawal symptom I experienced that day, etc. I think it will really help me to have something tangible to document my sobriety.

Anyone else do something similar?

Yes tracking my thoughts and stresses. Good therapy I reckon. Almost like having to answer to myself so makes me stronger. Might not be for everyone but works for me
