I was almost to my first 90 days and then I casually drink. And now it’s becoming more frequent again. I am frustrated. Almost to the 24 hour mark.

I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling with drinking. If you’re an alcoholic more than likely you’ll never be able to moderate. Only you can decide if you are an alcoholic or not. Have you thought about going to AA to find out?
are you:
- drinking daily?
- drinking until black-out?
- unable to stop drinking long periods of time?
- do you ever have just 1 drink?

90 days was a real good time without alcohol.

You have proved it possible so keep up the momentum.
What you have also proved is I’ll just have one doesn’t work for people like us. 1 = all x
