Sorry to hear that both of you are experiencing intense physical symptoms! I’m not sure what substance either of you are quitting, but maybe looking up a detox facility near you that can provide a safe place for you to go through withdrawals would be something worth looking into! Please be safe!
Amazing to see you two supporting each other, that’s what this place is all about. Knowing that I’m not alone when I struggle really helps me be able to handle situations that would otherwise feel overwhelming!
