YES to this. As I approach a year, work is slowing down, and all my friends/crew we hang with spend the weekends by the pool day drinking — I have this great reminder that I wake up every weekend, early on Saturdays to exercise, and enjoy my days thoroughly and have no Sunday scaries.

Beautiful weekend here spent socializing, hanging out in the sun with friends, seeing shows, having dinners, dancing, and a birthday barbecue last night. I’m so tired right now, imagine if I added drinking to that mix. No thanks
