I’m usually an active person. I even did CrossFit for a while. It was my stress relief and my own time. Drinking took that away from me. I’ve recently been getting back into it again. Walks outside in sun are the best. That vitamin D is so necessary in our life’s. I know a lot of us are on lock down. But if can even just walk around your block, do it. Love to you all
yea totally, i gave pretty much all of my interests up in active addiction. depression/apathy/isolation kind of took over and i lived a really dull life. grateful in sobriety i’m quite actively engaged in all my old interests as well as new ones : ) life is a blast and i’m glad to be living it today.
