I’m up and off to the pool. Have to make sure to get in early to dodge the classes, lifeguard breaks and swim lessons

Good for you. Sleep alludes me as of late. I try to wind down but life seems to be full speed. I could lay here and shut my eyes or feel connected here. I think here is just fine.
