One cup?
The Swedish way is usually one or two or maybe three cups for breakfast, one or two around 11, if you’re up really early you usually have breakfast around 8 or 9 o’clock as well.

Then you might have one after lunch which is called Lunch coffee, and after that it’s afternoon Fika around 15-16 o’clock. And then some people like my parents have a late night coffee before bed.

That’s a lot of coffee. . We have an espresso machine and usually 1 (double) in morning and one late afternoon. You have a wonderful day. I believe you to be a very busy bee most days.
