Been sleeping a lot since 1pm yesterday but physically I think I needed it. With this new introduction of the gym and lifting weights plus biking everywhere and my job my body was telling me to rest. I hate resting but I’m glad I took 2 extra days off from work this week. Drinking some coffee currently before my night AA meeting. Having the coffee maker has paid off especially making me less likely to buy Red Bull or Starbucks when I’m out in public because I have a coffee maker at home now. But occasionally I still buy caffeinated drinks when I’m out. Definitely interesting trying to make one cup though lol.
PS: Later tonight I’m going to look at cool coffee mugs on Amazon! This mug is OK but it was a impulse buy at dollar tree because I needed
a mug for tea a while back.
For me personally I like adding either the peanut butter powder or protein powder or really anything with calories to the coffee because it balances out the caffeine plus adds nutrients. I’m really sensitive to caffeine in coffee for some reason. Maybe I’m just not used to coffee really. In the past I primarily drank Red Bulls and monster and honestly I stopped drinking them because they didn’t even do anything energy wise plus realizing they’re probably not good for me. But occasionally I still grab one when I’m checking out at the store. I’m not perfect
