I’m a fan of open floor plans. I feel like the sky is the limit in terms of decorating and it’s nice when rooms flow into each other. I want to make s’mores over that fire lol

There’s some really great (millionaire and non-millionaire) houses out there. I liked LV more than I thought I would. Excited to hear about your potential move!

Question…how do you browse zillow? How do you find these equisite mansions?

I generally just type in a town and go from there. You can even go by zip code or your can search the whole state

I know this is just an animated drawing but I often look at this. This is the house that I want to live in one day. Hopefully in about 10 years. If I save $10,000 a year and have 100,000 to put down in 10 years. Plus by then I have a career and I’m making enough money to pay the mortgage and my credit has improved it’s definitely possible. Plus with certain investments I’ll be able to put down more than 100,000 but that’s just what will be basic savings That’s not counting the interest on CDs and other things. A beach house like this probably cost anywhere from 500,000 to 750,000. Possibly more. Nobody is going to tell me I cannot have this house. A 20 minute drive from me they’re everywhere and they look just like this. I know that I also have to factor in some serious insurance and other things but it’s going to happen. As long as I continue to put my sobriety first

Ps: This is just a rough idea of my plans as far as saving and Preparation… it could happen sooner it could happen later. Regardless it will happen
