Finally home after work and a 30 min training run with my dog. @Conor689908 yes being busier at work really helps me not think about a lot of things. I like my brain to be busy so I get “lost” in my work. The day goes faster and I don’t fret over things. @anon35096624 I’m really hoping that running this evening instead of the morning like I usually do helps me sleep! Stay tuned.
Tonight has been difficult for me. Not hitting rock bottom but close. My fiance took off drinking & blew $100 - up and left.
The more I go deeper into sobriety. I feel things are shifting inside of me. I don’t know what the journey holds. I love who I am and working the program.

I am back again. I did an ooops. Reactivity. I have a lot to learn. More to work on. I realize I am a sick pup and working the steps will continue to heal. Thank you for all your patience with my reactiveness. I am able to come down and I am feeling more grounded.
