But I need it in a separate container because I am always afraid that people just don’t wash their hands.
This! Exactly.
I don’t remember the last time I went to the movies. Must be 13 years or do. I just lay in bed and eat my own popcorn but I share that (usually)
My husband knows better than to try have any of my popcorn!
Do you own and use a snuggie? Be honest!!
(You know, the super fuzzy and soft adult onesie that you put on for comfort at home).

I couldn’t be bothered to do the math, but I think I guessed right. Sleep is a bit all over the place right now
Looks like almost 6-7, closer to 6?
This is kind of what mine looks like, too. Not making it consistent and having few day stretches every week where I don’t get enough. Then just don’t feel 100% for the hardest parts and recover later. Wash, rinse, repeat.
All the brain fog! I gotta do better on getting to bed. “Bedder?”
Wowwwwww! I envy those long sleeps!
Your Sunday and today are closer to my schedule.
Average night I am asleep around 11. Up at 4:30. Some nights I’m later. Those nights suck. Lol
@eke Just did the math, average = 5.62 hrs per night last week. I need to start being consistent with bedtime. There were a few anomalies last week though. Two nights I worked very late, and of course my local baseball team played and won the World Series. Had to stay up for that (every year I ask where the other Countries are ).
One other thing I noticed from my fitbit is my average heart rate. Another reason to stay sober. The screen shot below shows the average per day in October. Note: Absolutely zero exercise! The peak was my last drinking day (this go round), October 22nd…
