I have had measles and mumps…and chicken pox and whooping cough…the mumps were the worst…ouchy uncomfortable, plus it was Halloween and I missed trick or treating.

Chicken pox is the easiest. Mumps is gross…like the worst strep throat x 100. Whooping cough feels like your lungs are coming out.
I also caught a pretty severe case of drug and alcohol addiction. Not sure if there’s a vaccine for that

Burps are also a reflux/digestive issue
Fair warning, this gets gross. -Edit, really gross. My youngest was born snotty. The thick green kind. It flowed from her nose day and night for a year. At some points it was coming out of her eyes. Eventually her hyper-production slowed to normal.
So choice B is a thing.
