So I’m a 23yr old female I’ve drank almost daily heavy since bout 13yrs old I drank mostly because I was living in a traumatic house that I thought I’d die in my kitty was there throughbit all & I was lucky enough to get us out when I was 19 he lived 2 yrs with me but passed suddenly 2yrs ago I was so close to quitting drinking right before he got so sick. I dove so heavily back into alcohol I’m scared to stop drinking because of seizures but no I’m going to try do a juice cleanse & nutrient dense food because I wanna start living again for my baby kitty for myself. If u can please send me some good thoughts & or prayers I’ve got a lot going on in life & I wanna be where I’ve been before the liquor won’t stop me from getting that back anyhoo if anyone wants to add me to chat, I don’t have anyone in my life to talk about this so this is my

There’re many different flavours to choose from.
AA is specifically for alcoholics, but there’s S.M.A.R.T. recovery and recovery Dharma to name just two.
Google alcohol recovery groups or alcohol recovery programs, and you’ll get loads to choose from.
