Getting a bit down and out, I continue to convince myself one more time. Anyway positive vibes…I’ve got this, more strategies implemented, I can do it
You can do it. What strategies are you implementing?
You can do this.
Have you read the AA Big Book? It’s helping me… A lot!

One day at a time. Good on you for not giving up, being sober will bring you more satisfaction and joy than drinking ever will wishing you all the best.
There is an ap…the “12 step guide” lot of good stuff there too
It took a lot to get me sober, including unsolicited help from the Department of Corrections. I used AA, individual counseling, and Antabuse aside from the DOC intensive outpatient and the DOC required breath checks.
I get a little frosted when I hear “I’ve got this” or “I can do this”. Truth is, I don’t think anyone has ever done this on their own - we’ve all had tremendous amounts of help. What is required, from the individual, is a radical commitment to sobriety, a demonstrated willingness to try anything and everything to get and stay sober.
Blessings on your house
You said something I have been told over and over, that no one does this alone. I’m still figuring that out. Thank you for saying it.
Maybe try a meeting wish you well
