Those bad dreams

Today is one week!
During the day I’m fine I get through it. But the last couple nights Ive been having dreams about using. It makes it really tough to focus in the morning.
I’ve started listening to a podcast, recovery elevator.
It helps clear my mind on the way to work. But I’m just worried that the dreams won’t stop and one of these mornings, the podcast won’t clear my mind

Welcome to the forum! One week is great! Your body and mind are still going through quite a bit. My sleep and dreaming patterns didn’t start to mellow until around 20+ days. I’ve done those numbers more than once. Generally speaking, your daytime behaviors will also change as your sleep patterns begin to stabilize.

If the podcast stops working, find another one. There is no end to them. :slight_smile: If others don’t work, find some walking meditations. I use Insight Tmer, it has thousands of talks, courses, and meditations. You will get better and better. Glad you’re here!
