This is ego. 100%. Over a woman you no longer see…that’s some serious ego. He has it. You have it.
ABC: Always, Be, Cool. Let him talk shit, do his monkey dance. It’s a bluff charge. If he were going to do something, he would have. What do you have to gain by smashing him when he hasn’t gotten physical, and likely won’t? Does his opinion of you affect your life? No. It’s your Ego’ reaction that does.
Next time, just smile. Don’t say anything. Just smile. Maybe chuckle. The angrier he gets, the cooler you get. Smile. Chuckle. Will drive him insane because it won’t be the reaction he’s looking for. You will mentally smash him.
