I actually didnāt do anything special lol I will celebrate once my drug test comes back negative for my pet store job. I am nervous because my friends were smoking weed when I was over the other day and the room was pretty dank smelling lol -.-

Not letting people peer pressure me into dumb shit anymore

Meeting new people IRL that I would have never met while i was still drinking. Including you guys and gals

Iām becoming a little less self concious everyday. I mean Iām not a small guy by any means but Iām becoming more comfortable in my own skin.
What would you say to a newbie just starting out?
Take it one day at a time. Find a solid support group within your area, no matter if itās a.a, n.a, smart recovery, or celebrate recovery, it is very unlikely that we can stay sober without the help of others who really careā¦
