Work. Steps, diet, exersize, growth, doing good things for others, stepping out of your comfort zone.

Remembering that you don’t have to be perfect to be acceptable. No one is perfect. Everyone has their insecurities and problems, no matter how well they might hide them. So remembering that can help. Telling yourself that you’re good enough just as you are and you don’t have to do or be anything specific to matter.

Write something you did that you’re proud of everyday

I do, stuck in 5th haven’t opened yet and my sponsor keeps postponing it, it really made a huge difference tho

Yes!! I believe we do the best we can, where we are at, in that moment…and once we know better, we can do better. Life is a journey full of love and pain…both have plenty to teach us if we are able to listen (sobriety helps A LOT with that). Self compassion and forgiveness go a long way in healing our selves. :heart:
