To delete or to not delete

I deactivated everything and deleted all apps a few days ago and It’s been very eye opening for me how many times I’ve reached for it and realized it’s all gone. And then had to ask myself, why was I reaching for it anyways? Was I going for something specific? Or just going to the easiest thing to fill some time and distract myself? It’s helping me see how unhealthy it is. Cuz not one time, did a have an actual reason to reach for it.
