2 accomplishments…
The first was to acknowledge,
the second was to remain sober for 30 days…
- I set goals then make it happen…
Then I reward myself with something that will keep this smile on my face. Then set the next goal…
- Set your goal

Awesome job! I just hit 20 days myself. Had almost 50 days sobriety before this last relapse. Hoping to double it this time and keep going!
We can’t hope but we must do…completion of our goals, not just attempts… Let’s do it together. I don’t like to lose or fail
Thanks how many you have?
30 days is awesome, congrats!
I just had my sponsee write a drunk log and then some short and long term goals she has… next step, what do I have to do to achieve these goals. This would have helped me in the beginning, hoping it helps her.
A short term goal I have is to get a different job.
A long term goal I have is learn to play guitar.
Yeah, you’ve got better phraseology than me. Let’s go with that.
Congrats! Here’s to another 30 more!
Ty… Toasting with a Snapple Apple
Nah, you pretty darn good…phraseology? Regardless of how we verbalize it… Don’t it feel better to be sober?
I pray that you get that job$$…and after you learn to play the …wish that you play a tune about being sober…
Way to go!!!
Always better to be sober!
@Twodayzman and @DungeonMaster, I think the phrase you’re looking for is:
Do, or do not, there is no try.
Great , either you DO be Sober and you DO NOT drink… I like… Do, Fo Not.
I was joking with my yoda quote, the effort is real. If we didn’t try we wouldn’t have any length of sobriety. Next week will mark 5 months of sobriety for me.
Sorry I didn’t get the Yoda quote… I’m old. Congrats y’all are an inspiration.
