Todays my birthday!

Well todays my birthday normally i would have spent this whole weekend completely fucked up! I have now beed sober 33.2 days yesterday i went rock climbing and today i have been out walking had some tapas and a glass of ice cold coke. No alcohol at all!!! I eveb managed to squeeze in AA earlier feeling good!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I’m proud you spent it sober and did some cool stuff. I don’t really drink soda, mostly water and sparkling water but at times there’s NOTHING like an iced cold coke. Enjoy your day.
