Throughout yesterday I had to avoid things I normally do. I really didn’t think it would be this hard or that I would have to stop doing things that are normal to me. I don’t know whether it’s because I’m focusing on staying clean or I’m just that twisted but everything just seems like a trigger. Which makes me wonder if I could really go without doing those things.

Yesterday was a bit difficult, I think it was the first Sunday I didn’t masturbate on in a long time.
