Found out our dog has CHF. Fell off the wagon last night. Time to reset and start over.

I’m very sorry about your dog. They really are family to us. 
Try not to beat yourself up, it just makes matters worse. Focus on today and the positive things your sobriety will bring you.
I’m sorry for the both of you. It’s hard to see you’re furry friend sick.
But it’s no reason to drink…
I know that little voice in your head is telling you so but that is your addiction speaking.
It’s our coping meganism. We drink to surpress our feelings.
When we quit drinking we have to find another coping strategy.
