Tracking 3 "habits" at once?

Hi (whoever reading this). This is my first time using the app. And it is AMAZING. i am now tracking NOFAP, gaming addiction, and bing watching. I am not sure if i can focus on all of these three. But my main one is NOFAP.
i know you guys are recovering from very serious stuff; Not like mine. But i hope you can give me some advice. Because i’ve bee on and off for over a 2 years. And i can’t afford another relapse.

There are plenty of others on here with the same addictions. All addictions are serious in my book.

I meant that i am frustrated. And i think that i will never stop Faping :frowning:

Maybe stay away from the Reddit threads on this as from what I’ve seen there is a lot of miss information and people having a negative impact on others. Bit then again I know very little about this particular addiction :slightly_smiling_face:
