Transition: stay at home to working mom

Okay mommies…
I’ve was a stay at home mom for 6 years then a mom/student for 4 years while I earned my RN. How did you transition between stay at home mom or college mom to working mom?
The last few years I have been 20-40+ hrs a week studying/etc and I still “had” to do menu planning, child care for my husband’s 40 F/T job, grocery shopping, the majority of meal cooking and 75% of household cleanup… I am about FED THE F UP!
Don’t get me wrong… I’m being a drama queen by feeling this way (maybe?)… going from full-time stay at home mom to full-college student+full-time mom with nearly all the household responsibilities was a slow progression with no agreements… it just accumulated. It’s not like my husband just expected these things… it’s just what a situation brought on by years of habits.
How can I tell my “so tired” husband that he needs to step up?
HELP!!!
I am really afraid that I started drinking when I started full time college+full time mom and I really don’t want to slip backwadrds.
