Tried a new coping mechanism

So a while ago my guidance counselor told me to cope with my grief of my aunt passing away, a little under two years ago. And I was really missing my aunt earlier so I went on her instagram got pictures of her and made a memorial type thing for her on my TikTok and Snapchat. It helped a little since I found a video of her laughing, it was really good to hear her again. Still miss her nothing will change that, but since she died suddenly from an overdose, the grief was a different kind for me. But I figured I’d give that coping mechanism a chance, and it actually helped a little
