I’m off of work today after working for long hours for 7 days straight. I told myself I was going to sleep in and even took some melatonin last night to help - and now I’m up at 7 am

7 is sleeping in for me for these days. But I have the luxury of naps sometimes. Not getting enough sleep can be debilitating, I hope you are able to get the rest you need.

I just worked 6 days straight and thought I’d sleep great, but couldn’t fall asleep and ended up getting 4 hours tops Lucky we both have the day off. Hope yours is restful and relaxing

My goal is to get up at 5:30 every morning. I find that I get so much more done and I have time to ease into the day without anyone else around lol. That being said, when my body doesnt cooperate like last night and I cant sleep, it does make it a challenging day.
