Your story sounds so much like my own! I feel like I wrote something very similar when I joined TS and and hit my 100 days! Haha. Its hard when the ppl close to you in life (family, friends) don’t get it, but it’s amazing when you know YOUR truth and the path that you chose is your own. I come on here often to read and “talk through” my recovery journey, as I don’t really have anyone else, but it truly helps and is such a beautiful place for of supportive and kind souls

Congratulations! This is not an easy journey, but definitely worth our lives and families. I just celebrated 3 years last month and no in my family knew, not even my mother. I posted on social media about it in March. Now they know. You keep up the good work. I’m proud of you.
