Hey congrats to you as well, I’m feeling pretty good about it so far I have stayed very mentally clear throughout this process but I will admit physically I have struggled even up to this point. I think my body just has so many years and gallons to detox which I’ve come to accept. However I do feel like I may be taking a turn in a positive direction as far as my physical state is concerned so that may be some good news for the next 100 days.
