What are you doing to grow your sobriety? We have to do different to be different, to feel different, to think different. Are you reading quit lit, going to AA or another in person sobriety program? Check all these resources for ideas, if you need them. Resources for our recovery

There’s an old country song that goes “Work your fingers to the bone, what do you get? Bony fingers.” If you are white-knuckling to stay dry, eventually that grip will slip. There is all manner of help available to us - we don’t have to do this alone, we can’t do this alone. What we can do on our own is choose to follow the well-worn paths trodden by the millions of recovered alcoholics who have gone before us. They knew how to stay sober, so we can feel confident that if we do what they did, we will get what they got.
