Why??? The first week I was feeling pumped. Looking at my time and all. Then I had a drink with dinner and felt fine. So the next time I thought 2 drinks with dinner would be the same. Here I am a few drinks later a few days later and feeling defeated.
Your not defeated. You just made a mistake. Whats important is what you learn from it. I learned that one drink can lead me down to over drinking, so I avoid it all together. Also what triggers the need to drink . You did not fail, you learned. Your got this
@Fancy dont beat your self over this litle setback, it is hard that is fully understandable. Been there several times. There is always hope . That is for sure. Try find your inner will. Think of your good days in life i bet you have some of that. Memories.Nice times, With family, or friends or anything . Think of something to hold on to. Dont give up on your self .
