Insight Timer app has great breathing meditations that could help especially at nighttime.

I find the act of just getting it out in the open is what helps me. It lifts a weight from my chest to know that I’m not holding this in, hiding it, trying to silence it. Instead I face it, fully, and describe it. Name it - and that gives freedom.
