well today was good and today was bad …today was good because I didn’t drink but bad because I knew I was going to put myself in a place I was going to have a trigger.
I went out to go hang with a friend and I get to the mall he walked across the parking lot and was smashed drunk. I had to hold on his arm so he could go grocery shopping.
it was really ugly because it showed me who I am when I’m that drunk but it made me incredibly sad because I was looking forward to mine and his visit and now it was ruined. 😔

I’m a firm believer that there no wasted moment; every moment, every experience has value. Its a bummer you weren’t able to make the most of your visit with your friend, but I think there is value in that experience.
